Yes! I work with most major plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Medicare, Multiplan, Mass General Brigham/Allways, United, Wellpoint/Unicare, and Wellsense. Many insurance plans will cover 100% of your nutrition counseling sessions, making it free to you!

If your plan isn’t listed, you may still be eligible for out-of-network benefits. I provide superbills you can submit for possible reimbursement from your insurance company (reimbursement not guaranteed). I also offer a reduced self-pay rate.

Initial visits are 60 minutes. Follow up sessions are typically 45 minutes, but may be more or less depending on your needs

Yes, customized meal plans are available for an additional cost, as they are generally not covered by insurance.

Follow-ups depend on your needs—most clients meet every 2–4 weeks, but we’ll find a schedule that works for you.
